Cellular contract gone wrong

Visited Makro Vaal for a deal on a Vodacom contact device. All went well until i received an sms of the wrong package activated on my account. On enquiry with Vodacom, they point out that not only was a different contract activated ie a smart small contract instead of the my gig 2 contract but I was not even given the correct sim. They said visit the store and they can correct it there. Get there, they OFF LINE. This is bad service and may even cost me because the contract has been loaded onto my account and it is significantly more than the one i wanted. going back to cancel the entire deal tomorrow and rather stick top a vodacom shop ore store. Getting these contracts via a retailer is a risk.... rather go direct.
