I complained abt their service on the 28th dec. Received a reply frm mbali makhanya the nxt day sayin after further investigation i will be contacted. Seems like there's a trial going on & the jury is still deciding as i hve not been contacted as yet. If the people at management positions consult with the stores for final decisions then it seems like there is no use for anyone at head offices. They jus getting paid for non reason at all.
