CELLPHONE PURCHASES; NO BACK UP SERVICE

I bought a Samsung A23 phone from the 4 months later the phone overheated and they did not want to hear anything about a warranty claim. Had to go back and forth for nearly 6 weeks and just no joy so please do not buy a phone from Makro, the after sales service is just appalling. If I bought the phone from Take a lot there would be no hassles. So please take note.
