Cash refund

I have a complaint about a refund from 24 November 2004. I bought a hisence fridge which was on a black Friday sale, till to this day I haven't refunded me my money they are taking me to piller to post when it comes to my refund. They are always asking for order number which I give them everytime for all those months. It's either this or that 😭😭😭😭😭 I am tired of being made a full of
