careful with order delivery service, and undelivered items, poor service

I made an online purchase, had the same issue as a few other of these complaints. I go upto the payment stage, and then it cancels saying that I need to purchase more to use the voucher, I had no Voucher, and my purchase was for R1850 , meaning it was free delivery. I then found further issues as I retried multiple times. I got the error of selecting the correct location , the house address I selected belongs to another township area a few kilometers away. Another family member gets to place the order at their own address. The order boxes shows 2 of 2. and the last 2 is scratched out in pen and written 3. I open and find only half the order delivered. When lodging faults, I eventually get call from them that they found my last box. Like honestly, it was printed 2 of 2 , and scratched out, 2 of 3 . the response is "Found my other box" ?? and I will get the last box delivered before end the day. Still not delivered although I received the rate of service messages,
