Car ****** in Makro parking lot, refusal of help from Makro personel

We were at Makro Edenvale on the 29th of June. While in doing our shopping, we were there an hour, our car got ****** from the parking lot. When we got there and out of the card there were security guards everywhere and two of them by our cars. After notifying them immediately they checked and asked if we did not forget where we parked. After telling them the colour and registration they said they are going to look for footage. After being there an hour do they tell us we are the ones supposed to call the police which is absolutely unacceptable as they should have done it immediately upon notification. Afterwards they came back and were looking for the wrong car and only then realized the registration although it is one of the first thing we told them multiple times. When asked for the footage they refused to be heplful, the regional manager was not even there and wouldn’t let me talk and kept talking over me on the phone. They did not want us to help them look for the car as already time has been wasted because they are looking at the wrong thing. We had doors slammed in our faces and refusal of any information to be given to us. Absolutely unacceptable from Makro and I can’t believe how they can be so inhumane and unsympathetic towards something that happened on their premises.
