Cape Gate Makro Horrible Service

I bought a pool pump last year but had to return it the next day as it had a missing part. They gave me another one and that one worked for 4 months and it stopped working within the 6 month warranty. I took it back and explained it was on a surge protector, there was 0 loadshedding happening even still today there is no loadshedding but they want me to pay R1500 for a repair! After I paid R4000 for this inferior product I just paid for! Unacceptable. I called 4 times already and still waiting for Cape Gate Makro's manager to call me back which they promised they will. I want my money back! This is a cheap quality product and they know it. This is such poor service! I will NEVER buy there again. I don't have my item or my money, no call, nothing. It's been since 21 March 2024.. We in June... Mind blowing your how your loyal customers are treated.
