Cape gate makro

I bought this pump from makro and it does NOT work an they refuse to give my money back i was told the manager will contact me and no1 did makro cape gate worse

Are u not reading properly it is in-store for repairs and they telling me that they not refunding me as it needs a new filter and I did put in new filter that pump is not pumping properly it want my money back
