Cant keep promise on delivery time

I recently recommended makro to a fellow colleague to order something online due to the efficient delivery service I got.A order that was placed hasn't been delivered on the expected time and the item was a gift to someone who is not now in Cape Town after numerous calls to find out where the item was with order number no one can say where the parcel is.This is so unprofessional ill never recommend makro again lack of communication and bad customer service.Still waiting on the parcel
