Can't call the asylum because I'm still on hold
Useless beyond belief!!!! and if you do decide to risk your sanity and purchase from them using online, then be prepared to lose years of your life listening to their wrist-slitting bongo drum hold music that I can only imagine was conceived as a method to get rid of customer complaints through outright attrition.
