Cant believe I need to complain about Makro again

Cant believe I need to complain about Makro again. purchased a laptop a few months ago. it has started giving issues, although still under warranty, the say I need to book it in with them and it will take 3 weeks for assessment, and 3 weeks to fix, no other options from them even though I have argued the point that if i take the laptop to their supplier, the supplier says 30 minutes for an assessment very quick for a repair. So basically what Makro is saying is, come drop it off, we will then waste 6 weeks of your life and then we will probably come back and say tat we can t fi it. Well done Makro, always need to fight with you guys.
