Canon/Makro camera exchange
We bought a Canon EOS4000Dslr and were very disappointed with the cameras features.It was not suitable for the purpose we needed it.We contacted Garth at the camera counter at Makro and he referred us to Canon.We spoke to Abrie at Canon and he arranged with Garth and Roland at Makro to exchange this camera for another that was more suitable for our purpose.This new camera was more expensive but they gave us a R1000 discount on it.They bent over backwards to make sure that we were happy.
