Cannot recommend buying online at Makro

If I could have given less than 1 star, I would have. I placed an online order (MAK***) on 25 November 2022, which got split in different deliveries because of the nature of the products. One part got delivered on 14 December 2022 after repeated complaints. The rest is still outstanding as of today 20 December. Calling 0860-300-999 or 0860-600-999 only results in waiting upwards of 10 minutes on the phone (...we are experiencing high call volumes...), draining airtime and then the call being dropped, not to mention the bad quality of the line. Emails to makroonlinesupport.co.za or makrocare.co.za simply go unanswered. Shocking. Simply shocking.
