Cannot get an answer
Hi order :MAK115491 was placed on the 30/11/2015 and to date it is still listed as pending.<br> <br> I tried calling your call center and after 34 mins i dropped the call, I went to store and they said that its pending and not packed. I emailed with no response.<br> <br> Why would customers trust online ordering if this is the issue?
