Cannot facilitate online payment
<p>I'm trying to buy a washing machine online using my Makro credit card.</p> <p>When I request an OTP, it responds saying I do not have sufficient funds for the transaction.<br />But when I look at my latest statement, or log in to the self service, I have sufficient funds available.</p> <p>Somehow their system is not generating me a valid OTP, and I'm on the phone for the 4 th time with them now, and no one is able to help me.</p> <p>This must surely lose them a lot of business.</p>

Makro, RCS, and Pay U have all failed to help me in the
48 hours promised in their automated responses.
I need someone to get hold of me, and ensure that my purchase of the Whirlpool washer dryer combo for R7999 gets done and sorted.
I wasted hours trying to get this sorted, and the ball is actually in your court.
You've had my loyalty for years, I buy all my appliances at Makro, which is why I have a Makro credit card. Dont mess up a perfectly good thing here.
