CANDY FRONT LOADER WASHING MACHINE SOLD AT MAKRO
Stay away from candy washing machine sold at makro store . Ever since I bought the machine I have been struggling to wash my clothes with it . Candy already came to change the machine motor and the belt and still I can't wash using the machine. It is a complete nightmare and I paid arm and leg for it . Am so upset because candy said that they fix machine and not replace them . This is a shirty washing machine

10 Feb 2023, 14:34Hi. This machine has been going in fir repairs several times since I bought it. The last repair was in November under the ref CDY-240364-8. I have been trying to be patient with yhe machine and still I see no changes . The first repair was in 2020. Then 2022 and again now . Model no is GVF1413TWHCR-ZA. Serial number is N.***. Address is 2705 Yellowwood Boulevard. Riverside view Extendion 34 Diepsloot 2191 . Contact Palesa Muchanga on *** / ***. I have all the proof when candy repaired this machine

24 Feb 2023, 06:39I spoke to mpho moruthane on the 9th who said nkosi hlongwane will come mefrom the 9th and if he doesn't call by hbe 14/02/2023 I must go to makro riversands to look for him to assist me as he knows about the case. On the 15/02/2023 I went to the store as I didn't receive any call and nkosi was not at work . I was assisted by tshepang mohosi who called makro head office and received authorization for the refund. He then said they can't give me the refund because I still have a machine with me. He will make the arrangements to come and collect the machine. He then said thozamile mnisi will assist with the collection and only then I can come to the store to choose a machine. I waited and called makro riversands because I have been waiting for them to come and collect the machine since 15th to date no one came . What did I do to receive such treatment. I can't keep on spending money to go to the store and for them to tell that they will give me refund only when they have collected the machine. I will go to the store again today and if they yell me this **** that they can't give me another washing machine while it is not my fault that they are not coming to take the machine I will contact X REPO so that they can accompany me to makro riversands to get another machine . TODAY IS THE DAY THAT THIS NONSTESTICAL SERVICE STOP
