Cancels orders and doesn't refund

Placed 2 orders on the Makro website on Jan 30 with a 7-10 day delivery timeframe given by them. Followed up with them on the 10th day via e-mail and received no response. On the 13th day I contacted them via Facebook and got a response almost immediately. Makro cancelled my order without notifying me or thinking, hey, this guy might want his money back. It's almost 3 weeks since I initially placed the orders and I still have not received my refund. MAK ********** and MAK **********

Refund just came through literally 5 minutes ago. I would still like to make people aware of the issues when purchasing something via the Makro online store.
