Cancelling an order without permission because Makro made a mistake

I bought an item online on 24/10/25 and paid for by credit card On 01/11/25 I received an e-mail that the order was cancelled and the refund will be in my card shortly No one called me in connection with refunding me, I still want the product. I called 03/11/25 to find out why it was cancelled and all I hear was that it was an incorrect price on the item
