Cancelled order & still no refund

I placed an order on the 2nd of December 2024 , only 1 part of my order was delivered. On the 11th of December I called the customer service to cancel my order because it was already too late and I wasn’t interested anymore. On the 18th of December I received an email that my order has been cancelled, on the 24th of December I received an email that they are processing my refund and it’ll take 7-10 working days. Since then , I haven’t received anything. I’m so disgusted with their service, they hardly ever respond to emails. It’s so frustrating that one needs to fight so hard to get their hard earned money back.
