Cancelled order no confirmation
I bought a air-cooled online and cancelled the order the on 21 January 2024 and follow up on the cancellation on 22 January 2024 morning. According to.online staff it's cancelled but I did not receive an email to confirm and according to app it's pack and ready to.hand over. Order was cancelled on 21/ 01 with reference ***.Cancelled order : Makro order MAK*** packed

22 Jan 2024, 17:50After 4 call dince 21/01 and 22/01 (Tanda, Gloria ect) no cancellation email was received. All calls were recorded by me because your staff just tell me don't worry it's cancelled and that I will receive an email but up to now no email. Why does the APP still show in progress and not cancelled

22 Jan 2024, 21:38I demand a email confirming that my order is cancelled and that it will not be deliver by couriers because email and sms informed me. I will not make arrangements to return product so Management can sort this out with immediate effect. I will hold your staff personally responsible for any cost from my side because Imy payflex must be cancel and pay back to me and the next payment is due this week. Every conversation was recorded at my side with Gloria, Tansa, Thembi ect and nobody made effort to follow up because the system showed cancelled. I demand feedback before 09:00 on the 23/01.
