Cancelled online order UNACCEPTABLE. I expect to get my ordered item.

I only wanted 1 item (Griller/toaster) for R380 but TOPPED UP to over R500 with other items to get free delivery. After TWO WEEKS, the Griller could not be supp**** so THEY CANCELLED the order. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED ON TEMU OR ALIEXPRESS. This is PATHETIC SERVICE as I want my item !
