Cancelled item but NO MONEY BACK???????
Ugh, I'm seriously frustrated right now! So, I found this item online, right? It was exactly what I needed, and it showed as available. Excitedly, I placed my order, only to get an email later saying it's canceled because it's suddenly out of stock. Talk about a letdown!
And to add insult to injury, now I have to wait a whopping 10 days for a refund! Seriously, why does it take so long to process a refund? It's like they can take your money in an instant but can't seem to give it back nearly as quickly. It's not just inconvenient; it's downright infuriating!
I mean, come on, in this day and age, shouldn't this process be smoother and more efficient? It's not like we're dealing with snail mail here. They can track every click we make online, but they can't expedite a refund? It's beyond frustrating. I just hope they sort out their inventory and refund processes soon because this kind of experience is enough to make me think twice about shopping with them again.
As you know Maternity leave is an unpaid period so aside from putting me out of pocket, your refund policy cannot be expedited??? In this day and age this is the first time i've heard of this and I am a Head of Department for a call centre so I know it can be! When i purchased the item you took the money immediately, you canceled it and can't return the funds immediately? Gloria told me that the funds are pending in your system which is why I cannot change the item to something different. Well then if that's the case, send the money back so that i can go into a store PLEASE!!
