Cancelled and stock IS available

Good day. I ordered a printer yesterday 29/01

Received and e mail stating it is *out of stock*. In your policy it says it can be sourced from other stores.

I have called the call centre Nomonde at call centre. Stock at all as of yesterday Alberton 2 as of yesterday CROWN MINES 3 as of yesterday. GERM 2 CENT 3 WOODM 3 STUBENS 1 WONDER 3 VAAL 2

GAUTENG MAIN STORES BELOW 5 REF: call cancelled before reference given. 10:00AM

So no stock is not the response for your cancelling my order.

I spoke to Lebo too; she said that she would escalate stock and get back to me

30/01 10am escalate to the store to find available product

The fact that you have cancelled my order without calling or looking for stock is very untoward. There is stock in Gauteng and should have been sourced.

Settling this matter will be of high appreciation. This is a matter of national consumer protection act.

I will be waiting to hear from you.

I did not order from a third party. I ordered from Makro, and Makros policy says they will source stock from other stores which you did have. Please this is a very unprofessional response. I have lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman. Your service is very poor

No my query has not been resolved. Unfortunately in this country; the consumer is always on a back foot and big companies like yourself will continue to take advantage. Just to inform you. Your poor service and customer care has costed my ngo educational facility a lot. We are unable to print; looking for a backup while waiting for your useless service to be resolved. And no. I still don't have a printer!
