Cancellation

From Tuesday I’ve been trying to cancel an order due to an incorrect address but it’s been a whole week I can’t seem to Find assistance regarding the cancellation I keep talking to deferent consultants and none of them don’t know what they are doing and I keep getting deferent references which means no one is willing to help with this issue. A simple cancellation of an order that takes a whole week to be resolved and the worst part is my order was out for delivery after I told them the address is wrong
