Cancel the order

Good day

Am not happy with Makro, I've placed my order on the 13th and made the payment. After a day received a notification that my order will delay. When I check the reviews on the Washing machine Defy 14kg I was then not comfortable to go through with it , I call in and spoke to a gentleman to exchange my order.

Next day shown a massage saying they can't exchange it, I then request for cancelation they said Ok and the next morning receive call from a delivery guy I told him I’ve cancelled the order. Yesterday I called in again they said they have log in the cancellation, and I have asked to speak to a manager and I was advised they are busy I request a call back from them still no call.

It’s still showing In Progress. Am really ****ed with this service when you call you don’t get a straight answer. Please cancel this order.
