Cancel my order. Your service is deplorable.

Makro refuses to acknowledge payment so that I can get a fridge delivered. So I want to cancel my order, but, guess what: cancelling the order will take 10-14 working days. Delivery (when they admit that you have paid), takes 2-5 working days.

Dear Makro: please cancel my order now, so that I can buy a fridge from Takealot. Your service leaves a lot to be desired - I do not want to do business with you.
