Cancel my order

Hi I have order a gift for friend Friday on the 12 of April to cancel the order reason as the person I order for is no more.

Even on Monday they advised it has been escalated to the relevant department to cancel the order. Today I have receive email n sms that my order has been handed to the courier why I don't. I don't see my self ordering from Makro again why is so difficult to cancel an order
