Cancel Black Friday order paid after 5 days
Bought an oven I urgently need on a black friday special online, saw it was cancelled 5 days later without any notice. It was suppose to be delivered 1st December. Checked online today, 3 December, 2025 just cancelled, stating out of stock. This is unacceptable.

04 Dec 2025, 16:14An apology and refund is not the correct way to compensate. I want the product, which is still available at Devy, at the price offered during black Friday. It also taken away the opportunity to buy the same product at other shops during the same black Friday period. All specials and Cyber Monday specials are over/no longer valid. I buy most of my shopping online and never had this before with other stores/places. Will definitely not buy online from Makro again. Had previous issues as well, where wrong products were delivered and I had to to to the store to exchange. Online platform not a good experience.

04 Dec 2025, 17:00I bought the item on the 28th of November. The refund according to the website order status will only be paid on the 23rd of December. This is also not acceptable to keep money for out of stock item sold online for almost a month.
