Can not fufil order even with stock on hand, how pathetic!

Such a big business with wide range of products and big stock holding but their online shopping is useless, 27 days waiting and even they have stock, can not send, keep saying waiting for courier to come back with waybill number in order to pack and send parcel, and this is 2024, pathetic!
