Can nobody get this settled???

I ordered online 10 Sept suitcases for a trip and now 8 days later, still no word from anyone and the trip is coming up. I ordered 2 items, only one came. I have called twice and no one can tell me whatz happening. They just say will emaiI and put on priority list and get someone to call me...still nothing. I cant travel without these cases...
