Can Makro finally do the right thing?

This is my second time coming to Hello Peter due to Makro not helping with a faulty tumble dryer I ordered in December.

The Bosch technician has been to my house twice and had reported that a module is faulty. As this is a brand new machine it is my right to return it and get a refund, however Makro refuse to take it back and refund me and just keep sending out technicians. I regret buying this dryer from Makro because it’s been an ordeal since the second the order was placed.
