Can i have my refund... its be been a month and 2 weeks now

I have been sent from pillar to post regarding a cancelled order, the order was created on 10 June, packed and dispatched 11 June, cancelled on the 14 June coz the courier said they will only deliver the following week. It has been hell since then, courier says this, Makro says this. On the 15th July i received a refund email that looked like a sample, it did not even have my name on it, i informed the manager from Makro(Natasha) but she has not rep**** yet, i am so tired.
