Can i have my delivery today please

I didnt want to do this but i have too makro online and makro vaal should i do this every month ? Or should i stop ordering nor use your services? I ordered then my order was supposed to come Monday as the sms came in at 7pm the driver sends a message that they are on their way who delivers thing at 7pm local on winter ? I didn't have any problem, 8pm an sms comes in saying i was not reached i was not available on the delivery time yet again no call no car in my yard for delivery I tried calling the driver as the sms hard his numbers no response , WhatsApp him no response

Following day send emails with screenshot of my prove for communication no reply WhatsApp messenger makro no response till the guy call simpwe respond to say that he will rebook for me for tomorrow still no delivery i even sended him /her screenshot of my means of communication but yet no delivery

Today i WhatsApp then teboho response as i quote We only rebooked the delivery today and you will be informed once the order is collect and out for delivery. However we requested them to expedite. He/she just close the chat becouse maybe im annoying him/her for further questions

Took my airtime again called *** I spoke to a lady that told me my delivery went to the wrong address which thats none of my problem

I waste my money on data , calls at the end of the day i paid full for my order im even paying extras every month for calls and emails the airtime i buy to fight for whats mine i can even take a taxi to go buy at the store and come back I dont need phone calls at the moment i need my order delivered today how you do it i dont know i waited and did means to communicate and please dont put short dated products for me as i always get short dated after my complains can i kindly have my order today or money back into my account today ill try other services providers that value their costomer

Pls check on your side i complain every month.
