Makro South Africa call centre excellence. From initial question they followed through up until a sale was made. They kept me in the loop throughout and when I eventually contacted Craig April at the Cape Gate store he knew who I was and immediately provided the information. Friendly, efficient. On top of that ... I am getting the item for R300 less than previously advertised by Makro (original price was already R600 cheaper than any of the competitors). Wow.
