Call Center problems
Phoned the call center on their national number. Was on the line for 15 minutes to no avail. No one answering the phones. Phoned the local switch board in port elizabeth. Was on the line for five minutes the first time, operator put me through to desired apartment and the phone got dropped. Phoned a second time and stayed on the line for 10 minutes. Same thing happened. Pathetic. Might as well close your call center.
