**** by makro and their suppliers

Extremely disappointing experience, I wish I could give zero stars! I received a damaged second hand router and have been trying to initiate a return and refund for almost two months now. I have emailed makro countless times but they completely ignore my emails. It feels like I have been ****MED by makro and their online suppliers because its completely frustrating dealing with a business that does not care about it's customers. If you value your time and money shop elsewhere!
