By far Worst Online Experience , Would not recommend to anyone
I never Write Reviews but My goodness !
This is by far the worst if not unprofessional delivery experience I have thus far . You Issue the Wrong Product , you take time processing the status of the product delivery , you take time processing the return of the delivery and expect customers to jump through hoops to return the order . Courier collects the order that’s to be returned and then cancels the shipment due to incorrect address set by you guys .
And In-between burning my airtime sitting in either non-existing service care calls or awful attitudes by Courier Client service assistants .I placed my order on the November 01 and have not received the correct order . I highly discourage anyone from ordering online ever again .
