How many people must I contact to just get my freaking money back?
Delivery 1.2 - HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED - REQUESTED A REFUND FROM MORE THAN 3 PPL. NOTHING REFUNDED
Delivery 2 - THIS SHOws DELIVERD ON MY ORDERS LIST ON THE WEBSITE - THIS WAS NOT DELIVERED. - REQUESTED A REFUND FROM MORE THAN 3 PPL. NOTHING REFUNDED
sent emails to *** - got error Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
send chat to whatsapp - got error Due to a technical issue, we are unable to proceed at this time.
This morning I phoned customer care, she said that the item that shows delivered is because they have to mark it delivered before they can refund it. Now i get a reply on my mail i sent 4 days ago saying the product was delivered with a tracking screenshot! THIS DOES NOT PROOF IT WAS DELIVERED! and if it was "delivered" it was given to the wrong person which makro should take responsibility for. Please supply the exact time this parcel was delivered so I can get camera footage of the gate (this cost a admin fee to get which makro will be liable for).
I spoke on the phone to Jabulile Khumalo at exactly 9:34 on the 10th to request a refund on ALL items that was outstanding. So if this was actioned the so called Delivery 2 nonsense would have not happened.
Don't even bother phoning the number below.
What happened to drivers having to collect codes when making a delivery?
I asked this to be refunded on the 10th because I already brought these items somewhere else and need to pay my credit card which I had to use to buy the items.
I assume the other parcel was also given to a random neighbour which makro have to take responsibility for, because obviously you are breaking your rule of getting a pin when delivered. I will never buy from makro again knowing my parcels are not safe and linked to my name and proof that the package is mine
