Buying Online at Makro? Don't do it

If I could I would give them minus 2 stars. Shockingly bad online service. I ordered Cast Iron Pots, they didn't arrive for the first 3 weeks, I emailed their customer service, they called and said they would investigate, then went silent. I mailed again they called I asked for a refund, they agreed. then went silent again. Then out of nowhere made an attempt to deliver the Pots, I told the delivery guy to send them back as I was not home and wasn't expecting a delivery, but a refund. Makro went silent again, I sent multiple emails no response. Their customer service phone line never puts me through. I wrote an upset email to them asking for my refund, and within a few hours, they delivered the pots! I freaking asked for a refund and you're sending the product because I am upset? How does that work? Anyway. Avoid shopping online at Makro
