I bought a phone online and send everything they requested but I haven’t received my phone till today. I’ve been communication almost everyday asking for update no one is saying anything to me. It was a gift for someone’s birthday. I don’t know what to say to them anymore. Can someone please assist. I was talking to Sibusiso Shabalala order number is MAK711234.

Hi Mbali I still don't both my phone and cash. Sibusiso Chabalala promised to sort this thing out for me still waiting for him to do it. This is unacceptable. Mbali please do not respond until you sorted it out because check the time lime. Both you and your company don't have integrity. So now can I please have my phone or cash whatever works for you.
