Buying from Makro is a big mistake that you should not do! and Run away from Hisense Fridges they have defects!

I am so disappointed in Hisense Products and the customer service I receive from both Hisense and Makro 😢😢😢😢😢😢.

I bought a fridge for R6500 on the 1st of September 2022 and the fridge did not last me even a week. When I call Makro they have been playing hide and seek game until they decided to tell me that they will send a technician to come and repair a frigde, I mean a fridge that did not last even a month?

Noooo guys Consumer Act needs to be followed and protect us in these people selling us products with defects. I am gonna take this matter very far and I don't want their products in my house I am so disappointed.

One guy my neighbor had to sell that fridge for R3500 which he bought 3 months ago, what kind of Service is this with Hisense products and Makro?

Please when you see Hisense Products please ruuuuuun for your life 😢😢😢
