Buying from Makro is a big gamble !!!!

Honestly you guys have made my life a nightmare! I don’t even have the energy to go into detail about your poor customer service. Buying from you is a lot like a gamble! I mean what is so difficult to understand the refrigerator I bought from you is not working therefore I want my money back so I can buy myself a refrigerator that actually works. Your technician confirmed it cannot be fixed weeks ago but I am still stuck with a fridge that does not work.. I have been patient but you guys are. I have been calling and making trips to your Cornubia branch at a cost.. I continue to be on the losing end because like I said your customer service from call centre to the store is awful.. nobody cares!
