Buyer Beware - Proceed with caution with Makro Online

How are you vetting your sellers on your Online Marketplace?? I recently purchased Apple Airpods Pro 2nd Gen on your official website only for them to be delivered with a USB C Cable that doesnt fit and the serial number on the box is different to the serial number on the item inside. There is definitely something suspicious about this product. I have logged the return and trust my refund will be affected immediately.
