Products ordered not delivered by delivery date, have received no contact from Makro up until 3:15pm on delivery date, and that only an automated email.

Contacted Makro help center 3 times via telephone over last few days, with promises from representatives to have someone contact me back, which no one ever has.

Both items ordered were in stock at the selected store and still are upon last check. Delivery BY 5 business days is listed on their store, this isn't fulfilled and no efforts are done to contact the customer.
