Please do not use Makro online. Disgusting service and work ethic. I ordered an item and after 5 days I had to query what was going on. 2 days later they came back to me to say they cannot get the item and they would refund me. that was the 20th October. I have since sent numerous mails to ask when will I get my refund. today 2 November I finally got through on the landline. I was informed that they tried to refund the money to my credit card but it did not go through (bull****). now they have put a query to finance and I must wait another 14days. The amount I must be refunded is R9500. Now I must wait for this money before I can look for this item somewhere else.
