BUNCH OF *****!

I bought a fridge online from Strubens Valley branch which is about 10 kilometers away. I phoned customer support and I was advised to call the store to enquire about the delivery which I did. I spoke to the guy that facilitates the deliveries twice and he reassured me that my delivery was with the driver on its way. The fridge was never delivered despite him promising me it was on it's way. I am extremely disappointed! As a caterer that was booked for the long Easter weekend, I have just lost income - Thanks to Makro. Losing income in these trying time is really taking food from people's mouths. Had I been told the delivery would not take place I would have made other arrangements.

Lesson learnt. I will never ever order or advise anyone to order from your store.
