BUNCH OF ******!!!
Please do yourself a favour and dont shop online from Makro (Strubens valley) the after sale service is total bull****. I still have not received a refund that they acknowledged over a month ago. It seems as if they hope i will just forget about it.

11 Jun 2025, 11:13I contacted the store on Monday and i was advised that they are still waiting for a response from head office. how the **** does it take over month to refund an amount that the store acknowledged is due to on the 29th of April and i still have not received the refund. Now when i call the store to speak the manager by the name of Lusanda Cele, when i am transferred to him the call gets cut. i have been call the store since yesterday. Cn this thing get sorted so i can cut all ties with Makro

26 Jun 2025, 17:31What i dont understand is why its taking so long to pay the refund. We are going for 2 months now and no one has explained what the issue is when the refund was acknowledged and an invoice was issued almost over 2 months ago.
