Bullying behaviour

I have noticed an intolerable behaviour from Makro in Silverlake employees. On 12 September I noticed a manager with another employee shouting at another employee in front of everyone one, using demeaning words. What I don’t understand is that a manager do this with another employee. Yesterday the same thing happened and this time I decided to ask names. The manager is Nilesh Seetal and the employee that does this with the manager is Nyiko. This totally bullying of another employee and I felt so sorry for the victim and another employees I guess other managers tried even to tell them to respect customers and not shout another employee in front of everyone. If Makro tolerate such behaviour I’m more concerned for their employees who don’t have a voice to speak up because of being afraid to lose their jobs
