Bullshark and makro

Hi I bought a bullshark from makro woodmead in feb 2020 This bullshark kreepy worked only for 10min then i have to switch off thepump check if anything is blocked like 20 times a day i am just fed up so i try taking it back to makro crown mines nearer to where i live on entering the reseptionist in returns just lifts her head and tells me call the number on the box so i decided to call number on box at this point iam livid so i call bullshark and the lady that answers tell me iam on call call me back in 45 min not taking my number name or anything i fonally get through later that day just to tell me bring in your kreepy we will test it absolute no help from makro and bullshark the worst places to buy from
