I saw the Samsung Microwave on special, i was concerned that by the time i visit the store on Saturday they will be out of stock. i called and confirmed they have 10 available and buying online for collection from them will help me secure the item, Friday i received the call to say they don't have the stock, i expressed that i was not happy because i called before proceeding, her response and tone was very rude, but i just brushed it off. she told me i should collect from Silver lake, i told her it is too far(almost 80ks with return). Then took down my address and promised they will deliver. I still went to the Store on Saturday for other items, only to find that they have 3 in stock, i explained to the lady in the department and asked her to find out if i can just collect, she did not bother to find out and said i must go myself to online, i decided to just leave it since i did not have the luxury of time to be sent from pillar to post. Sunday Morning the lady called, she tells me the delivery is cancelled i must come collect at Woodmead they have stock. I told her i would have appreciated their call yesterday as soon as they received stock since i was there. The lady said they received stock around 4 it was late, i told her its a lie because i was there and told stock was received in the Morning. That's when again she raised her voice, arguing that she has no reason to lie. The lady is very rude and a Bully, she has ZERO listening skills and give one no chance to talk and finish, her bulling personality came out strong when she said just come collect your item and bang the phone on my ears. if this is how Makro treat me, i rather pay more for respect and better service, this woman has issues and should not be dealing with clients, her tone just left a bitter taste about Makro and everything from that store. she needs training about customer service and i don't know what you can do about her level of respect. I am not going to tolerate abuse and bulling from anyone, if we are intruders at Makro, let us know we will stay away.
